CRANE INSTALLATION
Rutpin Services installed a 5 ton crane with a 20m span.

STEELDALE
Rutpin removed and shortened crane in Welkom, Free State, branch and installed it in Bloemfontein branch, Free State.
PHAKISA MYN
Rutpin had a major challenge of upgrading the headgear monorails in order for the mine to replace the headgear wheels.
PETRA DIAMOND BATTERY BAY
Rutpin installed two, 5-ton monorails in the battery bay complete with gantries. Ultra low hoist units were used. The project was done and started from scratch.
PETRA DIAMONDS
Rutpin had the privilege to upgrade the 110V DC crane from 1937 at the crushers at Petra Diamonds. Rutpin installed complete new motors on all motions with Binzee brake systems. Rutpin also installed new electrical panels with ‘is casa’ drive units.
The crane is remotely controlled.
